Great episode, guys! Really happy to get your take on this, as I mentioned in the last episode. Don't have a ton to add from the Korean perspective... Not sure how actually pervasive kidnappings were back then (since I didn't live there at the time), but it definitely was a crime movie trope. And then, organ harvesting became a trope for a while... Also, I wish I'd seen this more recently to know what they were actually saying in Korean instead of "bitch." Anyway, can't wait for the next trilogy, super excited you're doing the Cornetto trilogy! If you have time, you may want to sample Spaced as a little appetizer before starting in on the ice cream.

Kill Bill 1 and 2 both came before Lady Vengeance though? That was the only thing that picked at my brain, this was a great episode!
