This movie really hit me on a personal level. I liked that there is almost no real main characters, that it's all about how you live your life... but it also felt like it was saying that living it to resign. That growing up is accepting to live in the cemetery of our dreams... as an artist, that fucked me up.

Listening late at night, I really had to stifle a laugh when Swaim ran out of steam partway through his explanation and then could only say "It's all true, good wisdom!" with the same exasperated tone I use when I tell the dog that he's already had dinner and it's not yet time for a chewie.
