Untitled New Game: Early Design Plans
🕑 Added 2022-03-23 22:16:49 +0000 UTCSince it might take a month or so for my next game to take some sort of playable shape, I wanted to go ahead and detail the goals that I'm keeping in mind while starting out. To better organize the information in this post, I'm going to write it in the style of a Q&A. Bear in mind that everything written here is just my initial plan and subject to change. I tend to be very improvisational with my game design so expect some things to end up different than how I describe them now.
Who is the star of my next game?
The game will star Ashe from Overwatch, with a selection of male and futa Overwatch characters to choose from as her partner.
Why Ashe?
It's hard to give a specific reason. Even before I released the original Whitemane's Inquisition I was thinking about other possible characters I would want to make a game for, and the scenes, setting, and overall style of an Ashe game formed pretty naturally in my head. Maybe I have a thing for white-haired mean girls. Plus, I definitely wanted to tackle the cowgirl + biker gang aesthetic that influences her design.
Will I alter Ashe's design or proportions (breast size, body type, etc.) like I did with Whitemane?
I draw characters in a way that I think fits their design and personality, but overall I like to make a variety of body styles. For Ashe, I plan on giving her slightly more modest proportions than I did for Whitemane, but still exaggerate her breast and butt size more than her canon appearance.
Also, I know Ashe's default appearance will likely be re-designed for Overwatch 2, and I wouldn't be surprised if her new design gets revealed at some point while I'm developing the game. If that does happen, I'll try my best to include both her original and Overwatch 2 designs as options in the game.
What characters will be available to be Ashe's partner?
It's not going to be possible for me to give an exact answer until I know how much work it will take to add each option. At the very least I want to add six characters in order to encompass three skin tones (light, medium, and dark) for the male and futa categories. For males, this tentatively includes Cassidy, Reaper, and Doomfist. For futas, this tentatively includes Dva, Sombra, and Sojourn.
I will push hard to include even more characters than the ones I've listed. I don't know how many options I'll ultimately be able to include but it's unlikely to be every character, so feel free to let me know which ones you want to see most!
Will the gameplay or controls differ from Whitemane's Inquisition?
At its core, this game will be a straightforward sex simulator just like Whitemane's Inquisition. I don't have any plans of making long-winded visual novels or including superfluous gameplay when I know that isn't why you're playing.
I do, however, want to make the scenes work a little bit differently. For example, I plan on every scene being in third-person view rather than in first-person POV like in Whitemane's Inquisition. This is partially to make the partner characters more visible, but also an attempt to try more interesting angles than just the straight-ahead views you saw in my last game. Don't worry, I'm not forgoing POV scenes entirely, I just wanted to mix things up for this game in particular.
I also want the scenes in this game to be more interactive overall.
In what ways will the scenes be more interactive?
It's hard to say for certain until I get into the nitty-gritty of coding the scenes. I do plan on using the slider system from the blowjob scene in Whitemane's Inquisition in all of the new scenes. It might not work exactly the same depending on the scene; for example, one scene might have a slider for power instead of depth, but overall you can expect to have a lot of control over the motion of the scene.
On top of that, I want to give you more options for the climax. I got a lot of requests to add entirely internal climaxes, so in this game I will let you choose between internal or external loads.
Lastly, I want to include more touching, clicking, and dragging-style interactions in each scene, similar to the spanking interactivity in Whitemane 3.0. The exact effects might vary based on the position, but expect more spanking, breast grabbing, and possibly the ability to choose between vaginal or anal penetration.
What scenes will the game have?
At the very least, I want to launch the game with two scenes: a double handjob + blowjob threesome and a reverse cowgirl scene. For the double handjob scene, Ashe will be positioned between two characters of your choice, and you can choose between double handjob, handjob + blowjob, or blowjob + masturbation.
Will this game be released with the same bonus features from Whitemane's Inquisition 2.0 and 3.0 (futa Ashe, x-ray, etc.)?
I can't promise everything, but I will try to include as many of those features as I can for the release. I for sure want to launch the game with the option for Ashe to be futanari, and even include a cumshot animation for futa Ashe in the climaxes. X-rays are a little challenging to implement, but I will do what I can to include it at launch as well.
I will also include visual customization for Ashe. I'll be making the character assets with customization in mind so that, unlike Whitemane, you can actually customize what Ashe is wearing beyond basic accessories.
Will this game receive major updates like Whitemane's Inquisition?
Yes, I want to release at least one update for every game that I make. I do this because I want a chance to incorporate feedback, requests, and general missed opportunities before moving on to something entirely different. It's too early to say what a 2.0 or even possibly a 3.0 of this game will look like, but expect some new scenes and features as usual.
What games do I want to make after this one?
Too early to say. Yes, I do have several other rough ideas for future games, but I want to focus on one at a time for now. If you're looking for more Warcraft girls in the future, then I'm happy to report I have more of that in mind, but there are also girls from entirely different media and franchises that I want to make games for as well.
This all sounds like a lot of work.
It will be 😣 I can't say how long this game will take to make, nor can I guarantee that I'll be able to pull off everything successfully, but I'm hoping that I'll be able to use all that I've learned from Whitemane's Inquisition to make the development of this game go more smoothly.
All things considered, making Whitemane's Inquisition was a huge challenge but it was all worthwhile to see everyone's wonderful responses. I love to challenge myself and I want to always be improving, so I'll gladly go through the struggles of game development all over again if it means I'll be able to make something even better.
Lastly, if you have any questions that I haven't answered, or if you have any suggestions, don't be scared to tell me! I may not have every answer and I can't promise I'll take all of your suggestions, but it does help me know what you all want to see.

I am definitely considering adding Brigitte to the character list. As for updating Whitemane again, it's pretty unlikely. I'd like to treat Whitemane 3.0 as the definitive version; it's better to just keep pushing on with new games than to keep dwelling on the missed opportunities.

Great to hear, good ideas and character choice! I'd only ask for Brigitte to be one of the futa characters as well, but that I said I like your list as well. ;) Any chance of you going back and updating futa Whitemane to have a cumshot during climax scenes if you find it to be not too difficult with Ashe?
