No. Just put put the CC (Objects, recipies, etc) in your MODS folder & the Tray files (those are the ones with all the gobbdigook file names) in the TRAY folder & then place it in the game :)

I have a Dunkin Donuts (Among other places) on console but NOTHING as fancy as YOUR builds are Beans :) That said, since I have the Ownable Card Mod, I'll probably remove the cars so even game generated sims can park in the parking areas & use the Drive thru windows next to & along with my sims :)
