I’d never thought to check if the torture technique in Casino Royals had a name before, but here we are. It’s called Dutch Scratching according to Urban Dictionary, but I think it’s safe to say this is the joke name that someone came up with based on the specific scene. Mads Mikkelsen is from Denmark, and Bond jokes about Le Chiffre scratching his balls for him. So I don’t think that type of torture has any specific name prior to Casino Royale and the Urban Dictionary entry, but it’s as good a name as any.
