It holds the pages together without damaging them, and has enough give to accommodate all twelve Leaves. Not too shabby, eh?

When HPLHS started offering those, I did a little Googling and found the inspiration. Were Pee-Chee school folders common in the US? I'm Canadian, and I'd never seen or heard of one until I saw the Cree-Pee folder for sale.

I've been keeping mine nested in their correct order, in the magazine protector they ship in, inside one of the HPLHS big, rigid Cree-Pee school folders.
