I'll be testing tomorrow, and if everything goes well, then I'll have a new version out for you guys on Wednesday or Thursday. Lots of changes under the hood of this version that I'm hoping will save me a good bit of time going forward.

When is the update

Coty Reubart

they are similar but different plus they both affect the same your lungs so of course there going look the same to a regular person

Rodney D Love

Bing or Google the images of the common cold virus then images of the coronavirus they are or most of the images are exactly the same!! Thank you Trump and his three appointed colleagues in the top seat of the CDC!!!!!!!!!!!

yes also with your goals you should use money not number of patreons because people that want to get more content faster and have the money to spend more on your game will be more likely to spend more if they know there are benefits to it like faster updates or more content

That's a good idea. Can you tell that my brain is focused entirely on production when I can't even make a connection like that without help?

Coty Reubart

i was responding to how you said giving progress udates take time so either every sunday or every other sunday give a progress update for your work for the day

Coty Reubart

not weekly game update weekly progress updates

Paul Bonner

And it's looking like the next update will be coming at the beginning of next week (or maybe Sunday night if everything goes really well).

I would love to do regular weekly updates, but it simply can't happen during covid. For reference, my daily schedule is to be woken up at 730 by my three year old twins, babysit them until mom gets off work at 430, play as a family for a few hours, then take a shower or whatever, have dinner with the family, put them to bed, then get about an hour of work done, unless I want to spend time with my (adult) family. Even in the weekends that schedule remains roughly the same. So, even on a great week, I only get about ten hours of work time... That just isn't enough to get even a tiny update finished. Add to that the time requirements to test new content (at least a few hours of testing per update), and weekly releases would end up being like eight hours of coding time per update. To make it worse, I have a history of lung problems, so Covid-19 is a legitimate risk to my well-being, which removes a lot of options from the family (no day care, even if it was an option; no outside babysitters because they may be a risk factor; etc.). That said, I have learned to be drastically more time efficient during the quarantine... Things that I would have spent days on now only take me a few hours (both on the render and posing, as well as the coding), and once all of this is over, the game progress will be much much faster. Anyway, this entire quarantine thing has made me WAY more frustrated than I have ever been. I know that all you guys want to see things pick up the pace (and that weekly updates would improve patron numbers), but saying that it will happen during covid is simply irresponsible of me.

hops you all are ok

Michael Mondrup

do u have a new update for your game soon ?

Coty Reubart

another thought TLS is barely keeping 1000 patreons and its much bigger and much more cotent so maybe figure out a monthly income requirement for goals instead just a thought. money goals are easier to judge for your patreons and may result in more patreons for better content than a set number of patreons.

Coty Reubart

why dont you do a weekly update or bi-weekly update on sundays
