you should be taking it easier on yourself and be lowering your expectations a bit if stress is impacting you, or generally getting your mind into a better place to help with health, try taking a deserved break and relax, focus on yourself or distract yourself with friends n have a good time, check your dms I left sum support there too if needed!!! ππ
