Gotta love a bit of body horror. By the way, 'jutted' is used incorrectly- you might want to use 'shot up'. To jut up is to stick out of something; the rock jutted out of the water, the ferry jutted out into the water, etc. Whereas saying 'Anna shot up', it's grammatically correct, makes sense, and is a pretty explosive visual.

I would have laughed if Riley agreed with Anna when she said it wasn't in. I feel like that would have put the audience (the fake audience, not us) at ease. Tho obv riley probs isn't that kind of character

Nice chapter and monster Typos: "but it wasn't just to me." 'to' could either be removed or replaced with 'made of' "bones and soles" is probably souls?
