Hmm they average out at 4100 or so before these 2. So that sounds about right. I was probably just too used to reading Courage, and Conquer before this one. MC really is making a habit of stepping in shit though xD
So before I committed to putting the Ladder on a schedule, they were about 3600 words, maybe less. Now they should average about 4300 or so, and they will continue to grow in size I believe. I think I’ll keep the chapters around 5000 words normally.

Mmmmm, I really want to read the next chapter right now... I'll be honest though, they're feeling shorter and shorter currently. That could just be an illusion, or it's true. Regardless, I wonder how he's gonna handle this... He did not think it through.

Welp, I've got a bad feeling a bunch if those knights are gonna die at Brynden's, Red's, and SIBselish's hands in the next chapter. Ain't no way that ends well if they start telling tales.
