in my experience trimming the length helps exponentially with the drain of multiple stories. Just a paragraph or two can suffice for most and it allows you to spend more time on the stories (and art) you REALLY want to.
There will, but in general there needs to be a cut back on these stories because the weight of doing so many is slowly killing me.
