I love how genuine this behind the scenes is and the care and attention to detail in preparing your videos is admirable 👏🏻 The pain you experience while filming videos on the floor, usually stems from weak, shortened and stiff stabilizer muscles. You can address this with yoga or full body workout + muscle stretching. As you have been advised, using a zafu cushion with a zabuton mat will help improve your posture and decrease muscle tension ☺️

Not being able to be on the ground after 30 is so relatable. I remember laying down on a hardwood floor when I was a kid playing video games for hours. I swear I used to be made of rubber. I don't know what you are sitting on but have you looked at meditation cushions? I have been thinking about trying one. Also I kinda liked the cardigan, but I always like a cardigan. This was a cool glimpse behind the scenes.
