Oh my goodness, Mia. I’m so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you and your loved ones. I hope and pray that you find peace, courage, and love through all of this. I’m all for you finding a routine and getting back into your grind, but please take care of your mental health. The last thing any of us want is for you to burn out.
