Greek chicken poppyseed salad. Light, healthy, and filling: Urban salad blend, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced red grapes, grilled and sliced Greek chicken breast (olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, black pepper, lil bit of lemon juice—we don’t do measurements over here, we measure with our hearts), goat cheese, pecans, poppyseed dressing, and Kalamata olives—if you’re one of them weirdos who like ruining a perfectly good salad with something that tastes like salty tires.
