Well personally I feel code geass was given an unfair advantage but even besides that I’m allowed to feel the way I do and so are you. It's not what I wanted only. It's what the majority wanted. That's why CG got the best engagement. Don't try and accuse me of being selfish and wanting what I wanted. I was rooting for CG sure but if chainsaw man won I would have accepted the result and not gone and commented on the chainsaw man video saying CG would have been better to complete first like how you've typed here about chainsaw man. At the end of the day, be a sport and accept the result. They'll most likely get to chainsaw man when demon slayer is done.

Dude don’t try to control my feelings or claim you know theirs. Maybe you’re right and they were confused but they said they were interested in all the options from what they’ve seen and I wanted to see them keep watching. Here's the thing bro. If you really wanted chainsaw man so badly, you should have engaged with the 1st episode on youtube better. Almost every code geass fan shared the video and commented like crazy. We shared on Reddit groups and Discord groups. If you guys had shown the same level of passion, You guys could have won but you'll didn't. Kenny Clearly stated that the 2 pilots that get the best engagement will win and who got them? Code Geass and MHA. Code Geass got more comments and subscribers to the channel than MHA, CSM, and JJK combined. It beat the total views of all 3 in just 6 days so Code Geass clearly won the challenge by a landslide. Also, I don't think they enjoyed CSM ep 2. They seemed confused, and a little uncomfortable in certain scenes but they loved Code Geass episode 2. Just look at the reactions for CG ep 2 and CSM ep 2 and you will see the difference. In the end, they made the right choice.

I’m trying to be excited for more code geass because I really love this show I think it’s a masterpiece but I can’t stop being disappointed that you didn’t just blow through the rest of chainsaw man first. It would have been over in a flash and then You could have done code geass. Now you and the chainsaw man fans in you audience won’t get any more of it for months and I feel like if you ever do get back to chainsaw man it’s gonna really have hurt your viewing experience having this huge break between 2 and 3.

Code Geass just passed 60k views on youtube and it's only been 9 days. It's doing so much better than I thought it would. When you type code geass episode 1 reaction or code geass reaction it's right on top of the search page. It's even getting recommended on death note videos as well. if you search for a demon slayer, death note. attack on Titan or Fullmetal alchemist reaction and find one of Letts Reacts videos, when you click it to watch, the Code Geass episode 1 video is right on top of the side recommendations almost all the time. I don't know how that happened but the algorithm is really pushing it now. it's crazy how a 17-year-old show is getting an algorithm boost that a new anime would probably get. I guess the power of engagement speaks. This is why we have to continue giving the same level of engagement for the whole series. It's going to be a spectacle to behold.

To what I heard years ago, CLAMP animation studio worked on (or the staff) erotic animations before getting work on more mainstream shows. However while I cringe at it, it's the same cringe I give for that new JLaw Hard Feelings 18+ Sex comedy or Black Widow in many scenes especially early on. It's not Female in Anime are sexualised but in media in general. IMO at least

Did you also noticed how lelouch adressed kalen's and her subbordinates? He gave them code names that is similar to chess pieces. Kalen- Q1 (queen) her subbordinates P1, P2, P3 (Pawn 1, pawn 2, pawn3)

People like to criticize the fanservice in this show (which, valid) but at the very least it's equal opportunity fanservice. That's not the last you'll see of Suzaku's assets.

I mean yes to an extent but I watched this as a kid as I'm sure many did and loved it. It's well written enough you can follow the plot without every detail but yeah definitely better with all the details. I don't think a confusion like the death note notebook situation would arise here it's as complex as AOT. I think the discussions will be longer as there's way more to discuss imo but yeah hopefully they don't get confused during any of it I expect it'll be easy enough to follow :)

It's pretty common in this era to just have some random song by an idol group or a popular band with no real connections to the show as the OP, and this is no exception. It's definitely interesting from the perspective of someone who mostly sees stuff from the era when a song can be the reason an anime even exists. I love Call of the Night if you couldn't tell XD

Its unfortunate that as good as Code Geass is, its beyond complicated in spots. It practically requires note taking to keep up with all the terminology, not to mention the history of Britannia and What is Britannia never gets properly explained in the show.

I'm going to be honest you will have to pause way more in this show, because there is way more dialogue and attention needed, talking over it will just get you confused as the series goes on and on and you won't enjoy it as much. I think we will like it more if you paused to get your thoughts out instead of missing some important details especially the politics.
