What are your overall thoughts on season 1 of Demon Slayer? The animation style, storytelling, favorite moments, etc?

Yeah that first episode is DEFINITELY required viewing! In regards to the movie itself...Me personally, (having watched both versions ) I feel like it's such a better experience with the full movie since the stops for the episodes basically had to be made up and thus feel, "unnatural" to the flow (if that makes any sense haha)

I'm wondering purely curiosity and politely are we watching the S2 movie or episodes? I'd be interested in episodes as you get the end of episodes discussion segments rather than going through the whole arc without our questions but I'm not fussed but figured worth mentioning that there's both options available. And episode 1 of season 2 isn't in the movie so requires watching anyways :)

We catch a glimpse that Lower One is on the train the boys just boarded. It goes without saying that One would be stronger than Rui (five) but we just saw muzan give One a power boost. Do you think the boys training will give them the ability to contend with Ones power? Or will they have to rely on a hashira again? Or do you think even that will be enough to level the field?

The demon with the biwa appears to be controlling the space of that whole area where Muzan and the Lower Six meet. What is your opinion on the environment itself and the demon who controls it and is it similar to how the Drum Demon Kyogai used Blood Demon Art?

What are your thoughts on the contrast between Muzan's meeting with the lower moons where they bow out of fear, are told to be quiet, not voice their thoughts and are called weak, versus the Hashira meeting with the Master, where they bow out of respect, he just signals for them to be silent, he asks for their opinions and calls them the strongest group of Hashira for generations?

Before dismantling the Lower Ranks of the 12 Kizuki, what do you make of the way they were talked down to by Muzan? Do you think that the way Muzan speaks to them is similar to the way he might talk to the Upper Rank demons?
