Technically even at the end of the last season they're still in their first year at UA, lol. Kinda like in Pokemon even after 25 seasons Ash is still only 10 years old, haha.

It also doesn't help that he flat-out lied to his classmates to get them to wear the outfits. So even if it was funny it gets undercut by his methods. Even more so considering Momo is still in the competition and used resources she might need to make those outfits.

Chill on my boy mineta. He has redeeming qualities about him. He the classic perverted comedic relief character. Don't need to take it seriously. He actually has a couple serious moments in the series that I like.

Also the tail is basically an arm is an interesting take. I'd say it's more like an extra leg, since our legs can take tons more weight (they hold up our whole bodies all the time, every day) as opposed to our arms that are way weaker (unless you work out a lot specifically for that part of your body). For example, this person could probably use the tail to jump off the ground but try doing that with even both arms.

Yeah, it's interesting to consider that Hero is not just what that word traditionally means but an actual job title. The ranking can lead to job offers with hero agencies, and allow for organising the efforts and do more good together rather than as a vigilante, which is one of the classic issues with superheroes operating solo: they listen to nobody and operate outside of the law rather than with them

Saw you mentioned that we get to see Deku over three years. To my knowledge, the anime takes place over the course of their first year (and some change) which sorta shows just how incredible of growth Class 1A has.
