it’s so great, one of my favorite shows to come out in the past few years actually. its “gothic circus” type visuals combined with the satisfying/jaw dropping musical performances that can make you feel a crazy range of emotions. but of course everything’s subjective and it also covers serious topics amidst the wonderful chaos which make it (in my opinion) all the more heartfelt.

I have just watched through it, I personally believe it would be a show you two would be interested in watching. Currently it has 8 episodes and that's the whole first season. So it's not overly long. Plus with how much the show is blowing up, I think it would be a good idea to get your foot in the door on the viewership early on

As has probably already been said by other commenters, it's from the same creator, set in the same universe, and is amazing as well! And Helluva Boss is easy to put out on youtube because of its lenient copywrite rules (as is the pilot of Hazbin Hotel, so you could make that a little bonus treat for the youtube subscribers)

Actually Hazbin Hotel was picked up by a24 and prime so it is a full fledged show with seasons now, not like helluva boss

But one major important thing you need to know about watching it is that there is an hour long pilot of the show on YouTube because that is where it originated from.

I’ve always loved hazbin hotel, the YouTube pilot is kinda necessary to see the show was a bit weird and it has some pacing issues, however, overall it is a great show with a lot of potential and good things to happen for season 2.

It's a very short show at the moment but definitely worth a watch. It especially has a lot of aspects that are interesting to discuss and personally, would love to see your reactions to it. But keep in mind, it's a musical. The songs are amazing in my opinion, all are a bop, but there are 1 to 2 songs every episode.

I've only seen the pilot and the spin off youtube series Helluva Boss but both were very good and from what I've heard people really like it. It's funny comparing it to Owl House and Shera considering the MUCH more explicit nature of Hazbin but I would also kind of agree that fans of the shows would have a lot of over lap lol

OMG YES!!! This is such a fun a witty show. It is tended for mature audiences though. It is a musical show so it has some songs in the episodes. It would be a good show for both of you to watch because it has the humor and the plot.

It's fast paced, funny and in some instances there are deep themes involved. I don't think it's comparable to She Ra in any way and the Owl House is an entirely different way of making a show funny. I hope you will post reaction to it because it's a great show IMO, but mind that characters use swear words very frequently.

I personally think all of you have taken the drawing of the characters in the bathtub and made it a bigger problem then it actually is.. 17 and 19 isnt that crazy and youre making it out to seem like she drew little kids.. which btw are still drawings which are fictional. Would very much recommend, any "controversy" I see is mostly people who have already disliked the show and then project all their dislikes onto the creator. Very raunchy and every joke might not land, but it's very heartfelt, and a lot of passion was put into it.

I'd take some of these claims with a bit of salt. I think most of them seem to be blown out of the water and have a very "Twitter" background. From what research I did ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Most of the people complaining about them seems to be either Super religious fanatics or people who are "Chronically on Twitter"

Yeah, I don't know. From what I can tell, these claims seem blown out of proportion. Like the "Has worked with", seems more like "Has interacted with". And from what I can tell, the whole "CP" accusation seems to be referring to her drawing on of her 17-18(Multiple sources have said both, IDK) year old character in a tub of snakes. Like, ok? That's seems pretty weird but, pretty meh. Grant you, I have also found out that she has had apparently a million other controversies at this point. Are they as blown out of proportion as these. My guess based off toxic twitter culture, probably tbh. But I am not a VivziePop Historian, and I'm not about to be one. But with context, I can most likely guess so

You can separate art from the artist sure but it doesn’t change the fact they profit off your support and will never be held accountable for their actions otherwise. That’s like saying just because you like Chris Brown’s music it doesn’t mean you’re supporting him by buying it by just saying you don’t like him. Support is support regardless on if you like them or not. You can empathize with the other creators, & support other projects they’re apart of instead or not at all if they condone the actions of their coworkers. It’s a double edged sword, and I’d rather not show any kind of support to someone that vile.

It's important to separate the art from the artist on this one, as the creative origin/originator can be a bit iffy. The music is solid 8 times out of 10, and the plot can seem fast, yet I don't regret watching it myself. I'd say overall, give it a try, but if you don't like it, def don't commit

Personallyyy, I wouldn't recommend it, there's a loooot of controversy with the creator (vivziepop) involving how she pays and treats her animators (and if she actually abides by union pay standards). As well as loads of other things she's been involved in. If you're ever bored i'm sure you could fall down a massive rabbit hole for hours related to her! That being said, I have heard the show is good, the animators definitely worked hard, and i'm sure many would be happy to see you guys watch it :) !

I think it’s a good show, but I don’t know how much it would affect your monetization on YouTube if you’re worried about that. It has a good message about redemption but it’s pretty raunchy over all. A lot of cussing and explicit themes. Maybe watch the “Pilot” on YouTube and then react to the show if it seems like your thing.
