There is such a thing as comfort politics saying stuff that people automatically agree on.. The issue is if you actually dive deeper that stuff falls flat on its face.. People think they are smarter then they actually are and it does cost us long term.. Reality resonates with people universally.. It gets kinda eye rolling

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. In the comics, the order of things are very different compared to the show, and are also very condensed down, or changed completely in the show. For example, eve found out about Rex cheating on her this episode while in the comics she found out at the end of Issue 6. As a point of reference, omni-man killed the guardians at the end of Issue 7. There are quite a few differences in that fight, but the main ones are this: - In the comics, the guardians don't get a chance to fight back or hurt Nolan, they are killed immediately and we don't see who does it on the panels - It's only revealed in the final panel that omni-man was the killer. Until this moment, we didn't know who killed the guardians. But to be fair, the entire "fight" was finished in about 2 or 3 pages

I think the Maulers were numbered in the subtitles based off their appearance in the episode. The one in the white was introduced first and then the second that escapes.

It’s actually kind of a miracle that Rex is just a fuckboy instead of like, a serial killer.

As someone who lives in South Dakota, Rushmore is even more obscene when you learn the land was sacred to the Native Americans and a member of the KKK carved the faces into it (Rushmore is actually a wild rabbit hole when you look into it). Wasn’t born here but only old people seem to care about Rushmore at all but the state travel slogan is “great faces and great places”
