The Mauler Twins are fantastic, two of my favorite characters in the comic. Their non-spoiler backstory (it’s fun but not important): They were a brilliant but incredibly narcissistic scientist who managed to empower himself with massive strength, endurance, and athleticism. Eventually, he needed some help and was so egotistical he decided he was the only one qualified, so he created a clone. The nature of the process prevents them from knowing which is which, creating an adversarial-but-cooperative rivalry as each tries to prove they are the “superior” original. Sometimes it leads to inspiration and each bringing out the best in the other, sometimes it leads to backstabbing. I think it’s a very good concept for a fun and dynamic set of villains.

Notice how Cecil’s teleportation “isn’t exactly swiss” when he teleported behind Nolan and Debbie, yet he’s been able to teleport directly into Mark’s bedroom when Amber walked out and was able to teleport directly to the room where Donald was watching the family. Yhis show does such a good job at a twist on a bad superhero. It isn't like the boys where everyone is just the worst pretending to be heroes. It seems like just a other company like dc or marvel was made and feels just natural world building. And I think they did the change of revealing Omni Man in the first episode because you couldn't keep that a secret with the comic existing. Just too big of one so instead they're exploring a lot of good stuff with knowing omni man is bad without seeing him as just evil superman. They're making you care for him despite knowing.
