Regarding Monoma not being able to use OFA, it's not that he couldn't use it, it's that the incredible power isn't the quirk. He copied the ability to stockpile and to pass on quirks, but that doesn't automatically come with all the power that's been stockpiled since. The real question is, if Monoma had fed someone his hair in the time limit, would that person gain his quirk, would they get to keep it past the time limit, and would the quirks he'd copied get passed on as well (and would they stay past the time limit).

Yeah like even at 8% he knows better then to punch him in the face. So he wound up the binding cloth to stay close, pendulum sweeps, and then staples his arms in mount. Not a single punch or kick was thrown.

Just note that Deku’s quirk is listed in UA records as “Super Power” and its said to boost his physical abilities. Its vague name and description (probably All Might’s idea) turned out to be very smart in hindsight because it can just barely justify a crazy or unexpected development, like Blackwhip

My idea for hiding it was he could just say Blackwhip was something inside of him and that's what gives him the super strength, but now it ruptured outside of his body too. Like it acted as muscle fiber within his body, but it grew too strong as he trained to be contained within anymore.

I just realized that against physically "powerless" people like Shinzo, Izuku uses Jiu Jitsu to submit his opponent instead of pummel him. Grapples, throws, and submissions, instead of the punches and kicks he uses against powered individuals like Overhaul or Muscular.
