I’m pretty sure it takes place right between season 5 and 6. It doesn’t really fit anywhere else in the season but it takes place before the end credits scene in episode 25

It is Canon. All movie characters appear in the Manga and Horikoshi himself has stated they're all Canon. It's definitely the most wild movie, but Canon nonetheless

After episode 113 I think. Directly after finishing season 5. The anime took a really weird approach with season 5. In the Manga, the villain academia arc happens before the Endeavor Agency arc. The movie takes place after the Endeavor Agency arc but you're not skewing anything watching the rest of S5 before watching the movie
