Murderous Intent Is a debuff skill that temporarily reduces the opponents skills by 50% and puts them in a state of fear. Jinhoo also tried to use it on Cerberous but Cerberous was strong enough to resist. He first got the skill after he first killed people (the hunters that tried to kill him in the spider dungeon), Its a skill he can activate at will. He also has a dash skill that he used in the fight with the assassin that raises his speed by 50% for a short time (I think he got it after the snake boss but im not sure). The light novel and Manwa keeps track of his abilities better than the anime and its been a while since I read either of those.

Agreed. Another fantastic more recent one is '86' for politics / mecha / scifi. Lots of good animes in that genre.

I agree with sentiments on watching Edgerunners. It'll fit the 10 weeks and then after JJK you can do Frieren with Edgerunners finally done and out of the way.

Murderous intent is a skill he got after killing the party of six, it lowers enemy abilities by 50% for 1 minute. They were equal up until the point that he activated the skill in which case he greatly outshadowed his opponent

On the more screening thing . I don't think the anime has conveyed how desperate the government is for top level hunters, they can't be too picky because the guilds take all the high rank guys, cause they can choose what level of raids they do so they likely to do only the high level dungeons for loot while government have to do any dungeon the guilds won't take cause they have to worry about dungeon breaks. Not to say they would've took a murdering psycho like that B ranker but I don't think they genuinely want to know cause guy is a B ranker.

I don't necessarily agree with him being above B at this point. It's not like he bodied the assassin, they were actually very evenly matched for the most part. Jinwoo only won because the Murderous Intent skill stopped him in his tracks, hard countering his speed build.

Murderous intent is a skill he got for killing the hunters in episode 6, Incase that’s what you were wondering why he had that, if you’d forgotten. Also it would be considered a debuff, akin to paralysis like the special effect of his dagger, I suppose it lasts abit longer so maybe a stun, either or.

So I guess BOTH of y'all forgot. 🤣 He had gotten that murderous intent skill before he fought the Cerberus in the s rank dungeon. Pretty sure after he killed the group of Hunters that tried to set him and deku up.
