If anyone here hasn't seen The Raid Redemption and Raid 2 this fight was inspired by the kitchen fight from 2. Both of those films are some of the best fighting and action in any film and worth a watch or youtube view of you enjoy fight choreography. They really get physical and the camera and editing are not over done.

You might just not be the intended audience, but that's almost kind of the point with the story in a way and if you go into it understanding that, you may enjoy it more. The show's themes are far more relevant to our day to day lives than most anime where the topic will be around supernatural political plots or warfare. If you try and see what you can find in Frieren that relates to your life, to the people you love, places you've been, big experiences you've had, I think you'll see how easy it is, and see how thought through the story is, and how much more you can get out of both the show and actually almost anything if you just try and find the reason.

A few things you guys missed in the episode 1 when choso was freaking out we saw that one the ground a puddle of blood of both choso and Yuji was swirling around 2 the elevator closing was Getos daughters comeing to get Yuji 3 you guys didn’t really miss it but sukuna was just monologuing to himself he didn’t use any of his abilities or his binding vow also I think todo and chosos memories are different todo saw the memories and completely believed they were true but choso new they were fake memories from his reaction 2 todo got them after finding out that Yuji has the same type as him like he is his best friend that he always wanted but never got tell now also todo is a little loco but choso got them from putting yujis life on the line so that’s different as well I’d say that they are both coincidences chosos seem real and todos seem relatable to his delusional state remember how he acted with megumi he is loco in some was but chosos seem real

An interesting thing to consider/think about after Choso’s confusing memories is the fact that at this point in the story we STILL don’t know any details about Yuji’s parents/history

Suprisingly at this point of the story yuji is quite a mystery despite being our main character. We don't know anything about his family except his grandpa. He has superhuman strength and not only survives being sukuna vesel but is able to supress him for no reason

The soundtrack that plays during the last part of Yuji and Choso's fight is a remix of the instrumental for "Remember", the song that played during Yuji and Nobara's fight against Eso and Kechizu. The lyrics of Remember are from the perspective of the brothers. In this case, the focus is on Choso. "Senses started failing but I know You will be there if I let go No matter what we said we'd be together So promise me you'll always remember" [Eso/Kechizu to Choso]
