Season 3 episode 17 question 3 is what I was meaning because I'd say Kenny's three/four liked characters is deku, All Might because that's what he could only say in the video but I think the other two people would have been Hawks and well Mirio but in this case of what I commented above would have been related to Hawks and his back story and Kenny may have thought that since Montana didn't like endeavor that also a character she didn't know would have been upsetting but I guess idk Kenny never really mentioned the whole question yet technically so idk

I always read Shoto’s disbelief and door slam to be halfway realizing that Endeavor really HAS changed, and halfway being indignant/angry about it at the same time. I mean seriously, the guy that has been beating the crap out of Shoto since he was like 4 or 5 just said he couldn’t fight his oldest son, who is a mass murderer that has specifically expressed an interest in killing them both. I think he was partially happy and partially pissed, which I love because it’s a very REAL reaction to seeing your abuser change. Like ‘good for you and this is promising for our future but also why the hell couldn’t you have gotten your shit together sooner?’ lol, poor Shoto

NGL, I laughed when Endeavor shouted SHOTO. It was a good way to break up the tension in my opinion. In any event, the second of the two DD's will be shown in the very near future, along with an event happening that lead to $@#%&$#$ giving Ultra Instinct a run for its money.

I think hawks mom made the right decision in giving him away. I mean she knew he wanted to be a hero and it was either that or poverty. And if she turned herself in he he probably would've ended up in the same program either way. I feel she needed that time apart from him to heal and he needed it to be allowed to grow. She probably wasn't thinking all this but still.

By the way, I'm not sure Montana caught onto this (she mentioned at one point that Hawks was using a weirdly upbeat tone), but, since Hawks' throat was burned in the fight, he was given a text-to-speech app to use for talking. The first time he "speaks" in this episode, he's shown typing on his phone. That's why he sounds kind of robotic.

I love how this episode sheds a little light on the hypocrisy of hero society. Hawks's dad was VERY similar to Endeavor, being an abusive pathetic man who didn't care for his family, but he ended up being arrested because he was a criminal. Meanwhile, Endeavor got to have a career where he takes in criminals despite being a criminal himself.

When hawks says that he has to help the hell ish totoroki family makes me remember when Kenny said that Montana would be upset to know the backstory of hawks let alone he helps endeavor because back in the beginning of the series there was a question on what three characters do you like/want to be or see yourself as. Montana definitely may have been slightly upset not knowing this was the outcome of the series

It's a bit more nuanced than that. Hawks did the logical thing, but not the inherently heroic thing. It's how he was trained. No manga or season 7 spoilers, but more light gets shed on this later.

It was more of a strategy to add shock to the endeavor story from dabi I agree that killing twice was the best thing he tried his hardest to get him to stop but couldn’t and if he got away the hero’s would lose so he had to kill him the only reason he is under fire is because the photo dabi took looks like he is killing a man who gave up it was a bad thing to see without context

I swear I actually do like twice, but at the end of the day, he was with the opps😂 Tbh hawks has been the backbone of this whole operation fr, and he even tried to give twice a second chance. So if you ask me, he’s one of the MOST heroic and genuine heroes they have. Spy and all😂

So with civilians using support items. Obviously, they are not trained like Heroes are to use such equipment. But with heroes quitting left and right should civilians just let their shops and homes be ransacked. The washer hero showed up after the damage was done. Top heroes like Endeavor and Hawks stop villains before they even start anything, but most heroes are not that fast to get there quick. Even if someone defending themselves leads to more collateral damage should that person just submit to the villains. It’s kind of like a trolley problem.
