The reveal of Beatrice's motivation is always so crazy. But i also love that she changed her mind before getting there and tried to talk them into not going anymore. She was willing to have herself be a servant in their place even. When I first watched the show, I was super suspicious of her the whole time until this happened.

Yeah, she assumed (or rather wished) they had nobody that cared about them being gone. It's why she was in such a rush to get to Adelaide. The more time she spent with the boys, the more she'd feel guilty about handing them over.

I'm still hoping and praying from Vox Machina after Invincible season three, but if you wanted to shake things up with more western shows, I HIGHLY recommend My Adventures with Superman. It's basically if Invincible had a baby with Netflix's She-Ra, and is a GREAT return to form for the character.

Endicott and Adelaide are both voiced by John Cleese! This whole show has an amazing voice cast. Also, I think you should rewatch the early interactions with Beatrix and youll see how she was just trying very hard to get them to follow her
