Fun fact: in the manhwa, the scene where Hunter Woo was talking with Jinwoo he was down because he prided himself in being able to assess people and assessed Jinwoo as not that strong after the double-dungeon, and made a comment about how Jinwoo must have been the one to defeat it. After he finished with the Chairman, in passing Jinwoo says "you do have a good eye, I wasn't the one to defeat the double-dungeon"

What part of farming the crystals is shady? It's a legitimate part of dungeon economy. They're very useful energy sources and they'll just disappear when the gate closes anyway. It would be almost foolish not to harvest that resource.

I’d say it’s a smart thing for the multiple step raid they kill all monsters then block of the boss then they take the corpses in order to study the monsters to find weaknesses and finally while it’s shady to be farming the crystals for money you have to understand that they need to pay their employees and the crystals are used to make equipment

You already saw a S ranked healer in episode 1 on juju island he healed a large group of people fully (some about to die) in a second. The B-rank healer in the first few episodes took like 10 min to heal a stab wound on Sung and in a little bit (small spoiler) you will see a A ranker healer healing a arm in just a few seconds back to normal.
