You can see how Kil is more like a Zoldyck whenever he interacts with anyone other than Gon. He treats them as if they are beneath him and not worth their time. Of course it's not his fault he was raised the way he was. Thats why Gon being his friend is so beneficial to him, Gons heart and warmth is the perfect thing he needs

Killua explained that Gon had nothing to worry about in the lower floors because he was able to go through the testing gate. The training they did with the weights is what leveled him up to be able to just push his opponents. In other words if you can push the gate you are absurdly stronger than regular fighters. The hunter exam showed Gon his weaknesses and ignorance to real strength. While the next arc trained him to become stronger. Now what this arc has to teach us is what Nen is. I forgot the say it this episode lol

I wonder if Killua being away on his own two years could be the reason his mom is so fixated on him now. 🧐Like he was already her favorite, then the dad left Killua at the arena without her knowing or something. Now she’s twice as obsessed, saying stuff like “he’s the one child I won’t give up!” Otherwise, it seems unlikely Killua’s mom would have allowed such a thing.

I remember thinking.. wait, what are we like 20 plus episodes in and NOW we get a power system? Looking back it was alluded to a handful of times up to now. Hold onto your butts, this is about to get wild. We are now entering the land of cutaway to a visualization of a metaphor so we can explain to the audience what the hell the author is even talking about. Izuku's egg in the microwave has got nothing on the mental gymnastics we're about to summersault.
