Btw when kurapikas eyes are red only we the viewers can see because he has contacts in to hide them you can tell whenever he has them off tho because they are a lot brighter

If there were no limits or rules for a power system then anybody would just be able to do anything. Also I think you guys give Gon and Killua too much credit. They’re still kids who just learned Nen. We just learned Nen and we haven’t met many powerful Nen besides hisoka. You guys haven’t even scratched the surface of power and you guys put Gon and Killua on a pedestal as far as power. Yes they move at a faster pace than most people but Killua was already a trained assassin and wing said that gon’s environment is why gon is the way he is as far as raw talent. So everything gon and Killua have been doing up until now has been a product of their environment and how they grew up. They are special but not that special.

Its HunThursday! I like getting more Kurapika backstory. I think Kenny and Montana forgot that Kurapika basically already had aura when he got mad during the exam. He may not be a prodigy like Gon and Killua, but he definitely has something special.

I dont think they mention this in the anime, but Kurapika is actually wearing conatcts to hide the colour of his eyes. So the guy didnt actually see his eyes turn red, that was more for the viewer, a bit confusing on how the anime did it.

First. I love that HXH has such good character writing that we have entire arcs of episodes without needing the “MC” because everyone is the MC In as far as Nen proficiency, all I will say is: when Gon and Killua got the box, nen was the last thing they tried. Kurapika, when faced with a challenge/threat IMMEDIATELY drew his chains instead of his swords. At the very least Kirapika is more conscious of his nen.

I laugh a bit to think all Nen Trainers walk around with glass cups in their pack. Also I never thought about Kurupika and Leorio being far apart on the Nen ring and butting heads. Great observation 👍
