I like the detail of the "all the heroes but one have been incapacitated" narration. The frame shows Can't Stop Twinkling while saying it, giving the impression that it's him. But he's in the same shape as Fat Gum at the time, he's also incapacitated. The only hero that was actually still standing was Invisible Girl.

I think all for one living for as long as he has and what he's done over all mights years and before him, I think it be satisfying to just see him vaporize, like how Thanos does his snapping the finger to make half the world's people disappear.... I mean way to make it dramatic like he always has been but lol just think it's like a satisfying disappearing

I think All For One's young glowing form is my favorite design of his, and the VA (whether it's the same you get voice actor as last season, Ryan Negron or someone else) is killing it. Also, love how he wanted to start by messing up All Might's face like he did to him. AFO is up there with Reverse Flash and Dr. Doom in terms of pettiness. 😅

It's like how Attack on TItan brought back Linked Horizon (band that sang OP1, OP2, OP3, ED4, and OP5) to sing the very final ending song for the final special after being absent for the entire rest of the Final Season. It wouldn't have felt complete without them making an appearance.

By the way, the intro changes. We've already gotten at least one new version of the intro, so it wouldn't surprise me if we get more throughout the season.

GUYS 😭 I am so glad we are here for season 8 but simultaneously heart broken this is the end for MHA! I LOVE seeing our OG hero All Might back in action! And then Stain showing up at the end to help stop AFO was *chefs kiss* Can’t wait for more of this season!! ❤️

Girl, fr. I don't know if it's still Ryan Negron voicing these different versions of All For One or if they'll get different voice actors for different ages, but regardless: the voice-acting and dialogue is PHENOMENAL.

Aoyama and Hagakure's team-up this episode is easily one of my favorite Class 1-A moments, both in animation and execution. It's always great when the series puts characters with compatible Quirks together and demonstrates HOW they're compatible with each other. We even got a Hagakure face reveal, and she looks adorable. I think my favorite detail is the hair and how messy it is; you can tell she's never had maintained it a day in her life. ☺️

It would be SO great if they considered keeping this slot open a little while longer for My Hero Academia: Vigilantes after they finish the Final Season. What helps is that if they hopped onto it, by the end they would be able to start season two of Vigilantes, which is airing in January of next year.

I know some were a little miffed that the first part of the episode was essentially recap, but I feel like it was more than necessary. Season seven was the the only one the ended on an honest to goodness cliffhanger, so there was a LOT going on that people had probably forgotten about.

I noticed that AFOs quirks are pretty weak because the ones he stole were before quirks devopled super strongly, and never trains and strengthens a specific quirk. He cheats by pushing these quirks way past their limits causing him to injure himself but just regenerates. BUT now its causing him to rewind faster

You kind of caught a bit of it at the end there, but not only are the lyrics similar to the first opening, the band is the same as well for this opening! Very cool to have the very first opening of My Hero and the very last opening for my hero share the same band, really is just one of many nice details to bring this series to a close
