Biskys issue is that she is not an enhancer but relies entirely on physical combat. She is obviously skilled in all forms of nen, but lacks any true fighting ability beyond her fists and maybe aura blasts. Against someone of decent skill who also has a power, she likely cannot keep up. In combat she is a worse Uvo/Gon

Whether bisky was being serious or not, she needed Killua to understand how serious the issue was. If Killua would be likely to run even once, then he needs to be shocked into making a change

Yeah like if kite hadn't been there and it was kills and Gon Vs pitou would kills have fought alongside Gon to die with him or(the realistic option) would kills have fled and left Gon to fight and die alone

I always saw it as Gon fights to win and Killua fights to survive. In the end Killua will always choose survival, even if that means leaving Gon. She would rather spare them of that future pain by being harsh now

I think the reason Bisky was harsh was because she knows Killua would actually never want leave Gon, so she has to make him see how seriously bad his flaw is especially since they're going to face even more crazy situations in the future. It's funny cause throughout the whole show they've been highlighting Killua's cautiousness as a plus in his skill but in this arc, it's his Achilles heel.

I think that Bisky is a top 5 nen user. Not a top 5 nen fighter. Her nen mastery is top notch. But she isn’t a fighter, and she doesn’t like fighting. So while she may not beat the others in a fight, her mastery over nen is far better

Gon and Killua constantly find themselves in life or death situations. This is the most severe case they’ve been in. Gon who always likes to take a challenge head on and Killua who is overly cautious. They’re complete opposites and while they do make it work there’s no telling what would happen if Gon and Killua find themselves in a really bad situation. In fact they did find themselves in a bad situation when pitou ran at them. Even though kite told them to leave Gon was about to stay and fight while Killua knew to retreat. In a moment like that what would Killua do if they didn’t have someone to buy them time to escape. Would he fight a battle he knows he can’t win and die along with his friend or make a tactical retreat. It’s not crazy for bisky to say that when they find themselves in situations that can present the question at hand. It’s easy to think she’s wrong because you really like the characters but you have to think of the world they live in and the situations they end up in.

The thing is, Bisky's fear isn't just that Killua will leave Gon behind in general. It's that during a fight, Gon will _rely_ on Killua being there and if Killua's habit makes him flee, Gon will have to fight alone.

Morel put it best (or was it Knov 😉), powerscaling isn't just brute strength, meeting or avoiding an ability's win conditions matters more, at least once you have comparable power reserves, raw strength does matter for even having a competition (unless the abilities allow a character to avoid contests of strength, thus pushing up strategy and win conditions as more important). HxH allows vows that one can make in a moment, in exchange for power or ability. So the odds can be changed drastically very quickly, as Pikachu has shown. To say nothing of versatile abilities, such as Bungee Gum. We recently saw Kaa-Chan jump in rank by creative use of the mechanics of his ability (substituting a micro explosion for an electrical shock, though, is very silly).
