The 3rd year girl (previously 2nd year) talking to the class this episode was actually shown at the final battle with AFO. She wasn't an important character, but she was actually there fighting.

While I definitely don’t HATE it, I get why people do. I’ve talked to death about how I don’t think Endeavor atoned very well throughout the series, and I definitely agree that him showing growth and being okay with living with the fallout of his actions is overall just par for the course. It’s definitely leaps and bounds ahead of other people who’ve never had a change of heart at all, but I can definitely get why people consider this bad. Especially when you factor in what happened to Touya here.

A lot of people hated Endeavor’s ending, but I loved it. Endeavor became my favorite character in this animanga around the time we meet Hawks. He showed more growth than my dad ever did, even if my dad did change and got better and I forgave him. Probably why what actually kept me watching / reading MHA was his storyline, and his family’s.

I have two anime requests for you guys~ The first is Assassination Classroom. It has a surprisingly similar feel to MHA, and I think y'all would really like it. Plus, it's a completed series with only 2 seasons and an epilogue movie. The second is Yona of the Dawn. The only reason I never requested it before is because the anime had been on hiatus with only one season for the last 10 years, and it was unknown whether it would ever be continued. BUT just a week or two ago a second season for it was FINALLY announced, so now I don't feel guilty about recommending it to people. XD

Now that the next episode reaction is out, I honestly just wanna thank Kenny and Montana for their reactions and discussions about the Todoroki family. It’s all been super refreshing and even though we’ve had our disagreements, they provided a very safe space to talk about how we feel about the complexities and how we feel about them.

It's kinda wild you're just throwing shade at the 2nd years as "frauds" Like dude, there's only so much episode to use, by that same metric the entirety of the 3rd years (besides the big 3) are also "frauds" I think its safe to assume they were all active SOMEWHERE in a literal war with the villains 🤣🤣🤦🏻🤦🏻

While I love MHA and its ending, I feel like the Todorokis deserved a better-written ending. Especially Toya/Dabi. I understand that he had a line where he said he wanted to talk to his family more, but having it so he can barely talk and have only a couple visits all while he slowly dies just makes it seem like he'd be better off dead ngl. Also Endeavor's character remains probably one of the most frustratingly-written parts of the story for me. Oddly enough, Kenny and Montana kind of explained why when they were trying to talk about its writing being good. Despite having it so he wants to atone for what he did (smth he hardly does throughout the series itself), it also tries to have its cake and eat it too by saying he'll just accept his fate as it is. I truly feel like Horikoshi's intents, while really interesting, were lost here. I'm happy Shoto and Natsuo got good endings though.

To be fair to the 2nd years, we can only have so many characters on screen and mentioned lol They probably did stuff, but everyone would rather their favorites get attention than introduce a bunch of new characters Also it was all the other 1st years that were angry at them earlier in the series, the other hero course students and the general studies
