Vox like all good populists speaks a lot of truth, points at many real problems and injustices ... but then offers very simplistic solutions that don't actually solve anything, "solutions" that a primarily designed to achieve their own goals or just simple keep them in power.

Pretty sure they're physically unable to bring Pentious back to hell, similar to how the Angels can't just take sinners to heaven Seems there are ancient rules in place still, like the same rules that stopped Lucifer from smiting Vox. Might also be why the angels can't go too crazy with any gifts like making Hell straight up better, Hell is still a punishment for the sinners, and like Lucifier they can't interfere with that

Since you like Jeremy Jordan's voice so much (especially the more rock style vocals in this episode), you should DEFINITELY check out the rock band "Age of Madness" where Jeremy is the lead singer!! I think the angels would have a much better shot without what Lucificer did. The lucificer stuff allowed Vox to take instant control of the conversation and prevent the angels from even mentioning pentiois to the crowd

You haven’t watched Helluva Boss yet so you’re not familiar with them, but in the background of Lucifer’s room you can actually see gifts from the six other sins asking Lucifer (pride) to come back (as well as pictures of them on the walls): a Stetson hat from Satan (wrath), candy from Beelzebub (gluttony), ocean-scented perfume from Leviathan (envy), a big plushy of herself that we see Lu holding from Belphegor (sloth), an apple-shaped ball gag from Asmodeus (lust), and a straight up cash bribe from Mammon (greed).

I don’t think they are allowed to bring pentious down to hell like how people in Hell can’t go to heaven I think the same applies to pentious

Charlie is so fixated on proving that redemption is possible that she ignores the real grievances that Hell has with Heaven after years of genocide. Vox is taking advantage of Hell’s pain to accumulate power, but he is right to call Heaven out on bringing gift baskets as an apology. Charlie, the angels, and Lucifer are missing the point of the sinners’ rage. I’d also still be furious if the angels brought Sir Pentious because that means they killed thousands of sinners when redemption was possible the whole time. Great reaction! Next episode is gonna be so much fun.
