I mean, honestly, if you give animators the task of making a goddamn rules explaining episode, this was absolute peak. To an animator, stuff like this is an absolute nightmare, because it really just is a bunch of people standing around and talking _and_ the viewer is supposed to retain all that information.

Half this episode I was just doing a Gon, with the steam out my ears xD But having rewatched it here I think I got a better grasp.

Just as a reminder; Juzo Kumiya was one of the curse users (along with Haruta) who Uraume hired to help invade the Goodwill Event with Mahito and Hanami back in season 1. He was the guy who was obsessed with making coat racks out of people's bones. Maki asked Tengen for access to his workshop, since he was known to create cursed tools (he was the one who gave Haruta his hand-sword).
