The “shock” that Ritsu was talking about giving Mob to snap him out of it was trauma. Ritsu thought if he let the “entity” hurt him like he did as they were kids, Mob would snap out of it out of pure guilt. However Ritsu decided that Mob didn’t deserve further trauma, for any reason, and decided instead to be the best little bro he could be. And in the end, the “entity” didn’t hurt him at all ☺️
