But honestly I have been meaning to ask you guys to please dive into football and Man United because my boyfriend is so annoyed I listen to a basketball podcast. Plus I started supporting Man U and they keep find new rock bottoms and it's been incredibly painful so it'll be like supporting the Clippers. A decision I made after being influenced by the boys.

Really enjoyed the coaching conversation. I think a lot of it comes down to whether you can verbalize and break down mechanics vs whether it’s all muscle memory. Research says that (generally speaking) as you get better at something you lose the former and gain the latter. I have a boxing coach who is a great boxer, but has trouble giving tips other than “just do *this*”
