Charmaine throwing the "I slept with Tony" at Carmela is her way of saying "Hey, I had my chance at this life - and Tony's money - but I walked away from it; you're nothing special." The same kind of petty jibe about wealth that Carmela has been hitting her with all episode, but much more incisive. Little detail I noticed on this viewing: Meadow and Hunter are VERY fidgety during the recital at the end, flapping their hands and flexing their fingers like mad. They're still tweaking from their "study session".
