Dang some of these bonus stories, most of them are so great, I wish they could be public. I know why they are not, sometimes it's copyright issues as well. But really great content here, important.
I just retired from 30 years AF. My last assignment was acquisition. They way they contract for major systems is antiquated. We were tied down by so many laws trying to make "aquisition fair to everyone" it actually eliminated innovation. That outfit you were talking about = g-suite. Ironically, the things Musk said were things that many engineers in the AF have been telling leadership for years. AF is run by pilots & politicians. Innovation is not their forte.
