Seconding the racial warforged thing, maybe also just different sorts of warforged depending on the work they were designed for except not just war stuff like you usually see, e.g. manual labour, wizard's assistant, bodyguard, alchemist, etc.

yeah! environmental influences as well as their favourite animal to wildshape into :> so maybe some archdruids would look a lot like lions or rhinos or bears combined with some biome features or smth. i havent fully fleshed out the idea but i think it could look really cool
