This may be a bit late, but Bat-Based Goblins would be fascinating to see instead of some of the more racist caricatures. Like different groups of goblins being based off of different bats with different biomes!

Even better - if the druids are degenerating into some Eldritch half-beast form with elements of the forest they inhabit, like horns that look more like yew branches, spines that look like rose thorns, etc.

Voted for the undead. I have my players in my current campaign fighting against a bunch of them to protect the city walls, so I would maybe be able to use that 👀👀👀👀
