-free to use in public or private games, ok to use in games youre making money off, as long as youre not reselling the art itself
-if you get commission of the character from anyone whos not me, you need to ask for alterations to the design
-if youre a player and you think your DM would like this kind of thing feel free to share w/ them even if theyre not a patron of mine
-use as an NPC or a PC

I love this guy and would love to see more NPC! I'm about to introduce my party to a robot NPC, always a fun addition. His name is EDD (the exceptional defense device) and his job is to guard a bank vault. He's a construct that can be controlled by an amulet so he will be used for bank robbing very soon until the party can help out and maybe one day awaken him.

I think every good D&D or other RPG campaign needs that one NPC that everyone messes with. In my campaign it was a frog-man named Scerbo, and all my players always called him the wrong name in-game. I'm not saying it should be a bullywug, but I think butt-of-the-joke NPCs are essential.
