Love this! Current dnd character is a cleric in too deep with a manipulative god of luck, choice, and chance, so I don't think that would translate the easiest to a god sickness, but this is a fascinating framework to work with (especially in the contrast between gods of concepts and gods of physical things)

What would happen if you had a god like Ilmater, who’s not so much a god of a thing but a god of an ideal? Or what about a goddess like Elistree? I know they aren’t your gods for your hypothetical setting but these are the things I think about.

Fire Sickness? Heat Sickness? Smoke Sickness? Sweat Sickness? Something about being too close to a god of natural heat (as opposed to artificial heating).

I would love to know what sickness all of the moons would cause like im also curious what kind of sickness war Would cause would there be a duality because of Conquest and consequence?
