I think when I was talking the original 151 it was more due to the pixilated nature of it and if it was a newer one, I would have expected a clearer image 🤣 but talking of 151 clearly shows my age

Yeah, there's no longer just a 151 Pokémon Kevin. We're now at 1,025 species of Pokémon with 1,164 variations. But from research, the Pokémon you seem to be looking at is a Fan Made Pokémon. There is no official Pokémon called Migraine or Growlin. There is a move called Growl and the only official Pokémon to have Growl in there name is Growlithe. But there is a official Pokémon that is associated with migraines, that being one called Psyduck. Which as a move called Migraine and constantly suffers a migraine due to being a Psychic type.
