She didn't get a nose job. It's all the treatments she's getting that are transforming her to conform with western beauty standards. So essentially she's becoming less Asian. Her nose is taking on a "anglo" appearance.

Wow doesnt even look the same person now (in goodway). I am kinda curious what is different compared to the last one? Like did she get a nose job or was it an serum and do is her hair getting new colour on her roots?
