Kazuma and Megumin are lucky that she was still able to cast Explosion after boosting it up with so many points at once. As I understand it HP makes up for what Megumin's MP can't. Will also note that if I had been Kazuma here I would have spent one point to make Megumin learn Basic Magic, so she can use Freeze and those other spells that Kazuma knows. Given that Kazuma can provide her with some extra mana after an explosion, Basic Magic would likely be of great utility, especially since Megumin has much higher magic stat than Kazuma and even he can find great utility in those basic spells. One skill point is also such low effort that it can be seen as a slap on the wrist towards Megumin for asking him to spend the points for her. In addition, if Yunyun also learned Basic Magic they could have some cool little duels without involving more lethal magic.

I can just put in that Aqua could likely have dealt with the magic barrier of the Mage Killer, just like she dealt with The Destroyers barrier. The divine artifacts are generally the source of both of their powers, and Aqua is no lesser than such power - if she thinks to apply herself in that manner. But sure, Kazuma thought up of another solution to weaken its power so it went fine, although with a bit pain in it for him. And while this last ending is not part of the Light Novels, and is a bit overdramatic, I could see it happening even there, and Kazuma's luck could very well be high enough (boosted) to make such a plan work fine~ And who knows in what way Aqua would screw things up if she was involved in the plan to a larger extent..

Apparently there was a mistranslation when translating DnD to japanese and Orcs where translated as pig creatures and Kobolds as Dog creatures. I am pretty confident for the Kobold thing at least, not 100% sure on the orc thing.
