Just tried this and I'm not quite sure how to reproduce. I put scaling at 125% and tried the window a different states. Fullscreen, maximized and resizing to different sizes.

Thanks, this isn't the first time I've had some one telling me about scaling issues.

Seems that windows scaling messes with the position of the video in the window. In my experience it starts shifting to the right. When a full screen window, it is all the way to the right. When the window is smaller than full screen, the video actually shifts off the right side. No idea if this was a known issue. 3440x1440 monitor at 125% scaling.
