I wish that when there is a discussion about how 'the internet' is bad, that people clarified it's social media. 'The internet' is used for so, so, many other things. Carl and Ahsohn wouldn't be able to do these chats without it. Google maps? Banking? Paying utility bills? Emails? Any video platform? I'm not on social media at all. And I also think twitter, IG, FB, Youtube comments are trash. But 'the internet' has proven to be very helpful. And if it was really eliminated altogether, people would not know how to cope at this point.
