Custom Preferences
🕑 Added 2017-06-12 23:10:39 +0000 UTC Our second article is now up. As promised, it covers how to add a custom preference to Ren'Py. It covers two kinds of preferences: a checkbox preference that can be toggled on and off, and a radio preference that can be one of multiple choices. Since I think being able to shut off timed menus is important, I'm going to make this available to the general public in a couple of weeks. This is EXACTLY what I was needing!! I was half asleep when I came up with a new mode for my game, and I currently have it stored in my Extras menu. Now I can properly implement it into the Settings. Thank you!

Nice, if I may suggest something for future tutorial I'd like to see more advanced stuff, like how to make a particle effect or using Sprites class :D
