As a yt, I know ima be voting for her but it will be with the same enthusiasm as I did Biden….. I try to differentiate that my not liking her as our next POTUS is absolutely not an automatic vote for Trump. Infact I’m mad at her because she’s upholding a lot of similar Trump era stances… but that’s why I think some of us (yt women) need to recognize that while we can refuse Kamala based on conflicting values, we will not be the ones paying the price for those reprocussions should we end up with trump….

What is the most annoying is how many millions vote against their own self interest, and the level of misinformation and let’s say it: brainwashing, yes, that is necessary…so much money is behind that machine. Intersectionality is a thing!

Looking over my sample ballot and researching candidates with many deep sighs like "when will I get a candidate that I actually am excited to vote for?" though as a white woman-adjacent person, I can confirm it's all white women who are gung-ho for Trump. Because it's been all the women on my spouse's side of the family that have been assuming his vote for Trump (not as an indication of his beliefs but like that "you're part of my in-group and all the people of my in-group are voting for trump"). Conservative America is so weird
