Picture this: you are on the train heading home after your busiest day of work in a long time. You get a text from your friend: “don’t forget-draft at 6”. You had indeed forgotten, but it’s 5, so you’re all good. You open the app and check the draft board - pick 9, right where you want to be. You relax. You get home at 5:30 and open your laptop to check a couple more work things. You check your phone again. Another text: “you autodrafting this year?” You see the time and…yep, 6:30. You’ve gotten sucked into work and missed the first ten rounds of the draft, but you log on just in time to watch your team auto draft Jonathan Taylor. Deshaun Watson is your starting QB. Silver lining: you do manage to take future Hall of Famer Geno Smith with your final pick.

Last year, we decided to spice things up a bit & have field goals get points based on the yardage. We agreed to 0.1pt/yard...but the commish made a typo & it was 1pt/yard. I pointed it out to everyone & everyone else voted to keep it. It was wild.
